Located in the village of Sag Harbor, New York. our office, and counseling center serves as a safe, comfortable place for patients, family members and caregivers to meet, and coordinate services in a relaxing home-like atmosphere.
In-person counseling takes place in private rooms and there is a special area where support groups are held. Also, there is always a staff member available to answer questions and provide assistance.

Our second patient counseling location opened in Spring 2019 within the Stony Brook Southampton Hospital Phillips Family Cancer Center in Southampton.
Our office is located on the first floor of this new state-of-art facility, and features a registration kiosk where patients. on their own, can select a date and locale for an appointment with a Fighting Chance counselor.
